Histological (microscopic) and molecular-pathological diagnostics on operative or endoscopically removed tissue from current patients (in vivo diagnostics) to clarify e.g. malignant tumours, inflammatory changes, deformations etc. Monitoring macroscopic and microscopic section findings. Major lecture in pathology.
